To ensure a seamless and fulfilling experience, please provide as much lead-time as possible. 2-months is recommended to allow us to develop and design the perfect dessert for your occasion.
If we've already passed that mark, we can do our best to accommodate smaller orders based on availability. Feel feel to reach out to inquire about availability.
INSPIRATION
Please do peruse Sugarsuckle's gallery of work to inspire you and to give you a clear representation of our decorating style. However, do not feel that you are limited to the portfolio; we love creating new and unique designs especially for your event! We welcome reference images of cakes and parties to help convey your vision, but let us respect the work of other artists and merely use it as inspiration.
CONSULTATION
Whether you come to us with a vague idea or a crystal clear vision, we're here to help every step of the way. During your initial consultation, we will go over the details of your celebration and the types of services required (i.e. set-up, rentals, and/or delivery). We will develop a design concept, and if needed, we will follow-up with a single sketch of your cake, dessert table, and the other sweets.
YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT
Once you have approved the design, we will discuss flavors and make selections. You will receive an invoice with a clear breakdown of desserts and services. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. We are unable to reserve your date without a deposit.
The final balance must be settled 1 week from the event date, unless an exception is made to settle the balance on the day-of.
Payments are accepted through online invoicing.
DELIVERY/PICK-UP
Delivery within Hudson County, NJ starts at $30.
Delivery to Manhattan starts at $75.
Areas beyond these regions will be quoted based on time and mileage.
Orders may also be picked up from our studio in Hoboken, NJ. We are located at 600 Newark Street. Desserts should be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle on a level surface. Once the order is picked up, the full responsibility for the desserts is with the client.
